Who is Rubbertrax? The honest answer is that we are a group of people who get paid to sell rubber tracks and undercarriage parts. However, that’s not the full answer, because we are so much more than that. Each one of us bring their unique talents and skills to work every day in order to support our customers before, during, and after the sale and help grow our skills within the company. We are innovative. We are hard working. We are Rubbertrax.
Rubbertrax, Inc. was established in 2001 after founder Larry Griffeth (a 30 year veteran in the industrial tire industry) saw a strong need in the marketplace for high quality affordable aftermarket rubber tracks. It was an instant success! That success meant Rubbertrax needed more people. One of those new hires was Larry’s son Scott Griffeth, a college graduate in business information systems, who helped the young company better utilize technology to grow sales and manage inventory.
The tremendous product and sales growth that followed, saw Rubbertrax move into a new warehouse in 2003; only to run out of space and have to move yet again in 2007. This new location was chosen with future growth in mind and has served us well for the past 13 years. After 20 years of service, Larry Griffeth retired in 2021, leaving Scott Griffeth to lead the company into the future. While our location and people have changed over the past two decades, we are still guided by Larry’s original vision of offering high quality affordable aftermarket tracks.
